A Working Group (WG) may be authorized by the EGN Coordination Committee (EGN CC) to implement programmes and activities, and to serve as a channel of communication between members of the EGN with similar scientific and professional interests. Catalysts are individuals with the necessary experience of EGN operations (e.g. at least 3 years’ experience within the EGN CC), who have voluntarily agreed to coordinate the WG. Working groups and catalysts are crucial to the strengthening of the network and it is the responsibility of all members of the EGN CC to actively take part in these positions.
