European Geoparks Week 2021

The European Geoparks Week, the big celebration of the European Geoparks will be held this year from 22^nd of May to 6^th of June 2021. EGN Week is a European – wide festival of Geoparks and a varied of events will be organised all around Europe.

For 16 days activities like public talks, activity days for schools, guided walks, exhibitions, workshops, etc are coordinated and promoted in the same time across the whole European Network. The EGN Week provides the Network with the opportunity to demonstrate to our communities that they are part of a wider European Network that promote a sustainable use of our geological heritage for the benefit for local people.
