Magma UNESCO Global Geopark launched the GEOvr pilot project
Magma UNESCO Global Geopark launched the GEOvr (www.geoVR.no) pilot project at the Jæren vitensenter (Science Museum).
The pilot will be display at the museum for 6 months to collect feedback to improve the technology. GEOVR will allow any Geopark or World Heritage site to be captured as immersive 360° scenery, adding 3D visuals, knowledge hotspots and interactive features.
The geoVR makes the breathtaking world of Geoparks available to everyone. It will be a unique way to showcase scenery, historical transformation and science phenomena using cutting-edge learning methods.
